Adobe Fresco Tutorial: Import Your PS Brushes

Adobe Fresco’s selection of native brushes is fantastic, but did you know that you can also import your favorite Photoshop brushes?

Having not had the highest level of success in importing my Photoshop brushes to Procreate 5, I didn’t have high hopes when importing them to Fresco. Color me surprised when the imported brushes worked almost exactly in Fresco as they do in Photoshop.

Keep in mind when importing brushes that a) the brush engine for iPad is a bit different than for the desktop apps and b) the sensitivity settings on your Apple pencil might differ from the Cintiq or whatever other tablet you’ve been using.

If your brushes aren’t quite right, try messing around with the Apple Pencil settings for the app.
